CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82-89 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, 1982 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $665,441.97 <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of March 23, 1982, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expendi- <br />tures for the month of February, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 035567-035892, <br /> 112 and 351 dated from February 5, 1982 to <br /> February 26, 1982, in the total amount of $665,441.97 <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated February 28, 1982, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3:, This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> Upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr and Mayor }iercer <br />NOES: None ~.,~/~ <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> KENNETH R.
