CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-87 <br /> <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 (A RESOLUTION <br />ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL <br />SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON) ESTABLISHING <br />APPLICATION FEES FOR GROWTH MANAGEMENT PROGP~LM <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />on February 23, 1982, the City Council adopted <br />Ordinance No. 1023, which amended the Growth <br />Management Program, and Resolution No. 82-66, <br />which set up the procedures and guidelines for <br />implementation of the amended Growth Management <br />Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />because of the above ordinance and resolution, it <br />is necessary to make certain changes to Resolution <br />77-123 regarding fees and charges; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Amends Resolution No. 77-123, Section II-C(24), <br /> by deleting subsection 24 in its entirety. <br /> <br />Section 2: Amends Resolution No. 77-123, Section II-C by <br /> adding the following fees; <br /> "24. Growth Management Program <br /> .Application fee for long-term <br /> agreements $200.00 <br /> <br />25. <br /> <br />Growth Management Program <br />Application fee for smaller <br />projects <br /> <br />50.00" <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 9, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~ <br /> ·. . ~:MAYOR <br /> <br /> f A City Attorney <br /> Brian W.
