Date February 2, 1982 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY <br />TO BE ANNEXED TO THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 90 <br /> <br />All that certain real property situated in the Township of <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California. Being all <br />Lots 9, 10, and 11, and a portion of Lots 8 and 12, as said lots <br />are shown on the "Map Of the property of J. A. Rose, Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California" filed September 24, 1881 in Book 7 of <br />Maps, at page 50, Records of Alameda County, California, described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at an angle point on the general easterly boundary line <br />of that certain territory, commonly known as Annexation No. 27, <br />annexed to the City of Pleasanton by the Pleasanton City council <br />Ordinance No. 362, a map of which territory was filed July 8, <br />1963, in Book 43 of Maps at page 10A thereof, Records of Alameda <br />County, California, last said point being also the northwesterly <br />corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Mutual Land <br />Company, a limited partnership, by deed dated June 30, 1965 and <br />recorded July 27, 1965 in Reel 1560 0.R. at Image 359 (AX 103167), <br />Records of Alameda County, California; thence northwesterly and <br />northerly along the aforesaid general easterly boundary line of <br />said Annexation No. 27 to the northerly line of that certain <br />parcel of land conveyed to Pleasanton Joint School District of <br />Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, a public corporation, by deed <br />dated October 28, 1965 and recorded November 1, 1965 in Reel 1632 <br /> <br /> <br />
