WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO o 82-81 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING <br />TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING <br />SECTION 3 (STOP INTERSECTIONS) BY ADDING SUBSECTIONS <br />3f-2 AND 3m-1 REGARDING STOP SIGNS AT FLAGSTONE <br />DRIVE AND MORGANFIELD <br /> <br />the City Council, on April 12, 1976, adopted <br />Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br />Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />the City Council has from time to time amended the <br />resolution; and <br /> <br />at its .me&ting of March 9, 1982, the City Council <br />r~c.eiV~d and discussed a report dated March 3, <br />1992 from the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />related to the need for two-way stops at the <br />intersections of Morganfield and Kolln and Drywood <br />and Flagstone; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 to add stop signs at the above intersections; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79, Section 3 (Stop Intersections) <br /> is hereby amended by adding subsections 3f-2 and <br /> 3m-1 as follows: <br /> <br />"3f-2 Flagstone Drive, at Drywood Street; stopping <br /> traffic on Flagstone in both directions. <br /> <br />3m-1 Morganfield, at Kolln Street; stopping <br /> traffic on Morganfield in both directions." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 9, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br /> <br />Butler, <br /> <br />Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> <br />
