CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOKNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-120 A RESOLUTION A~NDING THE RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND Ct~RGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEAS~TON BY ADOPTING THE FEE SCHEDULES CONTAINED IN THE 1979 UNIFORM ADMINISTP~TIVE CODE WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has adopted Ordinance 1030, adopting by reference the 1979 Uniform Administrative Code; and WHEREAS , said Uniform Administrative Code contains uniform fees and charges for various permits required by the Uniform building and construction codes; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton desires to adopt the uniform fees and charges contained in the 1979 Uniform Administrative Code as part of its fees and charges for various municipal services; and WHEREAS, some of the uniform fees and charges contained in the 1979 Uniform Administrative Code have previously been adopted by the City of Pleasanton while others have not; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Amends the Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services of the City of Pleasanton as set forth below: Delete subsection II(A)(2) (Electrical Permit Fees) in its entirety and add a new subsection II(A)(2) (Electrical Permit Fees) to read as shown in Exhibit A, Table No. 3-B-Electrical Permit Fees, attached hereto and included herein by reference. Delete subsection II(A)(3) (Mechanical Permit Fees) in its entirety and add a new subsection II(A)(3) (Mechanical Permit Fees) to read as shown in Exhibit A, Table No. 3-C-Mechanical Permit Fees, attached hereto and included herein by reference. Delete subsection II(A)(4)(Plumbing Permit Fee Schedule) in its entirety and add a new subsection II(A)(4)(Plumbing Permit Fee Schedule) to read as shown in Exhibit A, Table No. 3-D-Plumbing Permit Fees, attached hereto and included herein by reference.
