CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-118 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 29 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE OPPOSITE SAUTERNE WAY AND FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 247 UNIT MANUFACTURED HOUSING PROJECT WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 60 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way to the PUD District and approving a development plan for the site consisting of 247 units of manufactured housing (immobile homes); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 22, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Cornmission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given th~ opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS , the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning of an approximately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way to the PUD District and approving a development plan for the site consisting of 247 units of manu- factured housing (immobile homes). Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
