CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-118 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 29 ACRE SITE LOCATED <br />ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE OPPOSITE <br />SAUTERNE WAY AND FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />FOR A 247 UNIT MANUFACTURED HOUSING PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 60 1982, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for <br />prezoning an approximately 29 acre site located <br />on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite <br />Sauterne Way to the PUD District and approving <br />a development plan for the site consisting of <br />247 units of manufactured housing (immobile homes); <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated March 22, 1982 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Cornmission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given th~ opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on <br />the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning <br /> of an approximately 29 acre site located on the <br /> north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne <br /> Way to the PUD District and approving a development <br /> plan for the site consisting of 247 units of manu- <br /> factured housing (immobile homes). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
