CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />KESOLUTION NO. 82-117 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING RUDY D. TRUJILLO TO THE <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY COmmISSION FOR A TERM EXPIRING <br />MAY 1, 1984 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Rudy D. Trujillo was appointed as a Tenant Representa- <br />tive to the Housing Authority in 1981 to take the <br />place of Florence Jane Correa; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term for this appointment expires May 1, 1982 <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEP~AS, the City Council, at its meeting of April 6, 1982 <br /> considered the applications of and evaluated the <br /> qualifications of various individuals who are <br /> interested in serving on the Housing Authority <br /> Commission; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF..THE CITY.OF PLEASANTON <br />P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Reappoints Rudy D. Trujillo as a Tenant Representative <br />to the Housing Authority Commission for a two-year <br />term ending May 1, 1984, or until his successor <br />is appointed. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 6, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> , ~YOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
