CITY COUNCIL OF TtIE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-116 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARION LOWE TO THE <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION FOR A TERM <br />EXPIRING MAY 1, 1984 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Charlotte Pruett was appointed as a Tenant Repre- <br /> sentative to the Housing Authority in 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, her term expires May 1, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of April 6, 1982, <br />considered the applications of and evaluated the <br />qualifications of various individuals who are <br />interested in serving on the Housing Authority <br />Commission; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Appoints Marion Lowe as a Tenant Representative <br /> to the Housing Authority Commission for a two-year <br /> term ending May 1, 1984, or until her successor <br /> is appointed. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 6, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None N~~E/~,MAyO~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ° <br /> <br />Ja~mes .
