CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-115 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACTS 4551 <br />and 4770, PARKSIDE, CROCKER HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Tracts 4551 and 4770, Parkside, Crocker Homes, has <br />been completed and a maintenance bond has been <br />posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to~the City Council dated <br />April 1, 1982; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Th~ the-p~blic improvements installed in Tracts <br /> 4551 and 4770, Parkside, Crocker Homes, are <br /> accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />is directed to file a <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 6, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~MEE~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> rian W.
