CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-112 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PETERS AVENUE, PROJECT <br />NO. 82-9, AND AUTHORIZATION TO CALL FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated March 29, 1982, advised the City Council <br />that plans and specifications had beeD completed for <br />The Improvement of Peters Avenue, Project No. 82-9, <br />and that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of April 6, 1982, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities, dated March 29, 1982, relating to the <br />project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for The <br /> Improvement of Peters Avenue, Project No. 82-9. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
