CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-109 <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATION MEASURES AGREEmeNT <br />WITH FOOTHILL INVESTmeNT GROUP (COURTNEY) <br /> <br />WtIEREAS, <br /> <br />in approving the development plan for a medical <br />office building project in the Stoneridge area, <br />certain conditions were required to be adopted as <br />part of the project approval, including conditions <br />which require the developer/landowner to enter <br />into an agreement with the City,to provide certain <br />water, traffic and fire seTvice facilities and <br />improvements; and <br /> <br />kr}IEKEAS , <br /> <br />the agreement containing the above-referenced <br />mitigation measures is required to be entered into <br />prior to the issuance of building permits for <br />development of the site; and <br /> <br />~tEREAS, <br /> <br />the City and developer/landowner have reached <br />agreement concerning the terms and conditions of <br />an agreement which fulfills the requirements of <br />the conditions of approval; and <br /> <br />~tEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City and <br /> deVeloper/landowner to enter into this agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Mitigation Measures Agreement <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and Foothill <br /> Investment Group. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the mayor to execute the agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTED }~RCH 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> <br /> Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr and Kayor Mercer <br /> None ~C~~ <br /> Councilmember Wood <br /> None <br /> <br /> ER, MAYOR <br /> <br /> y C er ~L~ g <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk Br'ian W. _ <br /> City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
