~E~AS, <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-108 <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATION MEASURES AGREEMENT <br />WITH VORELCO OF CALIFORNIA, INC. <br /> <br />in approving the development plan of Dillingham <br />Construction, the lessee of property owned by <br />Vorelco of California, Inc. for a vehicle maintenance, <br />storage, and pipe assembly facility on the north <br />side of Johnso~ Drive near its intersection with <br />Stoneridge Drive, certain conditions were required <br />to be adopted as part of the project approval, <br />including conditions which require the developer/landowner <br />to enter into an agreement with the City to provide <br />certain water, traffic and fire service facilities <br />and improvements; and <br /> <br />the agreement containing the above-referenced <br />mitigation measures is required to be entered into <br />prior to the issuance of building permits for <br />development of the site; and <br /> <br />the City and developer/landowner have reached <br />agreement concerning the terms and conditions of <br />an agreement which fulfills the requirements of <br />the conditions of approval; and <br /> <br />it is in the best interests of the City and <br />developer/landowner to enter into this agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the Mitigation Measures Agreement <br />between the City of Pleasanton and Vorelco of <br />California, Inc. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the mayor to execute the agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
