CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOF~]IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATION MEASURES AGREEmeNT <br />WITH FIRST INTERSTATE BANK OF CALIFORNIA (WELLS <br />FARGO BANK) <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />in approving the development plan for a bank <br />building in the Stoneridge area to be constructed <br />by First Interstate Bank of California, lessee of <br />Wells Fargo Bank which is trustee for The Taubman <br />Company, o~er of the property, certain conditions <br />were required to be adopted as part of the project <br />approval, including conditions which require the <br />developer/landowner to enter into an agreement <br />with the City to provide certain water, traffic <br />and fire service facilities and improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the agreement containing the above-referenced <br />mitigation measures is required to be entered into <br />prior to the issuance of building permits for <br />development of the site; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />the City and developer/landowner have reached <br />agreement concerning the terms and conditions of <br />an agreement which fulfills the requirements of <br />the conditions of approval; and <br /> <br />WtIEP~AS, it is in the best interests of the City and <br /> developer/landowner to enter into this agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, TtlEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Mitigation Measures Agreement <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and Wells Fargo <br /> Bank. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the mayor to execute the agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED }~RCtI 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
