CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-105 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLA- <br />RATION FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A COmmeRCIAL AND <br />OFFICE PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 8 ACRES LOCATED <br />AT TIlE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WEST LAS POSITAS <br />BOULEVARD AND SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 23, 1982, the City Council <br />received a proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />for PUD zoning and development plan approval for <br />a commercial and office project consisting of five <br />structures totalling approximately 88,000 sq. ft. <br />on an approximately eight acre site located at the <br />southeast corner of West Las Positas Boulevard <br />and Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated March 1, 1982 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEPZAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan approval and PUD zoning; and <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Mitigated <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br />Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there may be significant impacts upon the environ- <br />ment, but that conditions of approval would render <br />these potential impacts insignificant; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TtIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the <br /> PUD zoning and development plan approval for a <br /> commercial and office project consisting of five <br /> structures totalling approximately 88,000 sq. ft. <br /> on an approximately eight acre site located at the <br /> southeast corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and <br /> Santa Rita Road, subject to mitigating conditions <br /> number 43, 44 and 45 as set forth in Exhibit "A" <br /> attached to Ordinance No. 1035 and incorporated herein <br /> by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
