NOW, THEREFORE, TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Pursuant to Section 65584, the City of Pleasanton <br /> accepts the determination of its share of the <br /> regional housing need, as contained in the December <br /> 1981 Housin Needs Report published by ABAG, and <br /> shall~is~ermination of regional housing <br /> need in its Housing Element review and planning <br /> until such number may be revised by ABAG. <br /> <br />Section 2: A copy of this resolution shall be transmitted <br /> to the Executive Director of the Association of <br /> Bay Area Governments. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FARCH 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES <br /> <br /> Mercer <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br />~y~Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr and Mayor <br /> <br /> R, MAYOR <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Brian W.
