CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-103 P~ESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING APPROXImaTELY 9.8 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF PASEO SANTA CRUZ AND VALLEY AVENUE FROM THE RM-15 (MULTI-F~ILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO THE R-1-6500 (SINGLE- FAJ4ILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 23, 1982, the City Council received a proposed Negative ~eclaration for rezoning two parcels of land totalling approximately 9.8 acres located at the northwest corner of Paseo Santa Cruz and Valley Avenue from the RM-15 (Multi-family Residential) District to the R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and W~HEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 1, 1982 and received the recommenda- tions of the staff and Planning Commission; and WtIEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WttEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the rezoning of two parcels of land totalling approximately 9.8 acres located at the northwest corner of Paseo Santa Cruz and Valley Avenue from the RM-15 (Multi- family Residential) District to the R-1-6500 (Single- family Residential) District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
