CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALA}~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-102 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONINGANAPPROXI~TELY 230 ACP~ PARCEL AT THE SOUTHE~I TERMINUS OF PICO AVENUE, CONCORD STREET AND BORDEAUX STREET TO THE PUD-LOW DENSITY/~DIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL/OPEN SPACE WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 23, 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 230 acre parcel at the southern terminus of Pico Avenue, Concord Street and Bordeaux Street to PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Low Density Residential/Medium Density Residential/Open Space District, which land is involved in Annexation No. 99; and WttEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 3, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WI{EREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and V~HEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and ~IEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning of an approximately 230 acre parcel at the southern terminus of Pico Avenue, Concord Street and Bordeaux Street, which land is involved in Annexation No. 99, to the PUD-Low Density Residential/Medium Density Residential/Open Space District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
