CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA}~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-102 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PREZONINGANAPPROXI~TELY 230 ACP~ PARCEL AT THE <br />SOUTHE~I TERMINUS OF PICO AVENUE, CONCORD STREET <br />AND BORDEAUX STREET TO THE PUD-LOW DENSITY/~DIUM <br />DENSITY RESIDENTIAL/OPEN SPACE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 23, 1982, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for <br />prezoning an approximately 230 acre parcel at the <br />southern terminus of Pico Avenue, Concord Street <br />and Bordeaux Street to PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Low Density Residential/Medium Density Residential/Open <br />Space District, which land is involved in Annexation <br />No. 99; and <br /> <br />WttEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated March 3, 1982 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />WI{EREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />project; and <br /> <br />V~HEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on <br />the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning <br />of an approximately 230 acre parcel at the southern <br />terminus of Pico Avenue, Concord Street and Bordeaux <br />Street, which land is involved in Annexation No. 99, <br />to the PUD-Low Density Residential/Medium Density <br />Residential/Open Space District. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
