CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAIIEDA COUNTY, CALIFOPdqIA RESOLUTION N0. 82-101 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING TWO PARCELS AT 1550 AND 1588 ROSE AVENUE FROM "A" (AGRICULTURAL) TO THE R-i-20,000 DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 23, 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning two parcels totalling approximately one acre at 1550 and 1588 Rose Avenue from the "A" (Agricultural) to the R-i-20,000 District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated February 1, 1982 and received. the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and V~IEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment; and WtIEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WIIEREAS , the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, TIlE CITY CODICIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the rezoning of two parcels totalling approximately one acre at 1550 and 1588 Rose Avenue from the "A" (Agricultural) to the R-i-20,000 District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
