CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-140 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING LARRY LINDSEY AS A <br />MEMBER OF THE PLANNING CO~IISSION FOR A FOUR <br />YEAR TERM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a vacancy has occurred on the Planning Commission <br />by the expiration of the term of Commissioner Larry <br />Lindsey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Lindsey has indicated his interest in being <br /> reappointed to the planning commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council has considered the names of various <br />individuals who are interested in serving on the <br />Planning Commission and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Larry Lindsey is hereby reappointed to the Planning <br /> Commission to serve a four-year term which will <br /> terminate on May 5, 1986 or until such time as he <br /> is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 27, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ATTEST: ROBE~.~B~T,%~}~YOR <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOP~: <br /> <br />Brian W.
