CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-139 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING DeWITT WILSON AS A <br />MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR A FOUR <br />YEAR TERM <br /> <br />WtlEREAS , <br /> <br />a vacancy has occurred on the Planning Commission by <br />the expiration of the term of Commissioner DeWitt <br />Wilson; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Wilson has indicated his interest in being <br /> reappointed to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council has considered the names of various <br />individuals who are interested in serving on the <br />Planning Commission and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: DeWitt Wilson is hereby reappointed to the Planning <br /> Commission to serve a four-year term which will <br /> terminate on May 5, 1986 or until such time as he <br /> is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 27, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: Councilmember Wood <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> B T <br />~ e~ E.
