CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-137 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACTS 3458 <br />AND 4571, OAKHILL, NORTHWOOD HO~S <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Tracts 3458 and 4571, Oakhill, Northwood Homes, <br />been completed and a maintenance bond has been <br />posted; and <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />April 22, 1982; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tracts <br /> 3458 and 4571, Oakhill, Northwood Homes, are <br /> accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 27, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />- Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />i/ ~ . . j E.
