CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-136 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS FOR IMPROVEFrJ~NT OF INTER- <br />SECTION AT HOPYARD AND JOHNSON DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Condition number 5 of PUD-80-14 approval required <br />the developer, Reynolds and Brown, to improve <br />Johnson Drive at Hopyard Road intersection, which <br />requires additional rights of way on the north and <br />south side of Johnson Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of deeds from Hopyard <br />Professional Center, C & H Development Company <br />and Chevron U.S.A., Inc. for property to be used <br />for street right-of-way purposes; and <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 27, 1982, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance <br />of these three deeds is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The Grant Deed from tlopyard Professional Center <br />dated October 26, 1981 to the City of Pleasanton <br />for property to be used as a street right-of-way <br />is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> The Corporation Grant Deed dated October 28, <br />1981 from C & H Development Co. to the City of <br />Pleasanton for property to be used as a street <br />right-of-way is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Corporation Quitclaim Deed dated October 27, <br /> 1981 from Chevron U.S.A., Inc. to the City of <br /> Pleasanton for property to be used as a street <br /> right-of-way is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 4: The appropriate City officers are instructed to <br /> take whatever action necessary to implement the <br /> acceptance of the above three deeds. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
