CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-136 ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS FOR IMPROVEFrJ~NT OF INTER- SECTION AT HOPYARD AND JOHNSON DRIVE WHEREAS, Condition number 5 of PUD-80-14 approval required the developer, Reynolds and Brown, to improve Johnson Drive at Hopyard Road intersection, which requires additional rights of way on the north and south side of Johnson Drive; and WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of deeds from Hopyard Professional Center, C & H Development Company and Chevron U.S.A., Inc. for property to be used for street right-of-way purposes; and at its meeting of April 27, 1982, the City Council received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of these three deeds is in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Grant Deed from tlopyard Professional Center dated October 26, 1981 to the City of Pleasanton for property to be used as a street right-of-way is hereby accepted. Section 2: The Corporation Grant Deed dated October 28, 1981 from C & H Development Co. to the City of Pleasanton for property to be used as a street right-of-way is hereby accepted. Section 3: The Corporation Quitclaim Deed dated October 27, 1981 from Chevron U.S.A., Inc. to the City of Pleasanton for property to be used as a street right-of-way is hereby accepted. Section 4: The appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement the acceptance of the above three deeds. Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
