CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-133 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING TENTATIVE r~P FOR TRACT <br />4850, NORTHWOOD HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Tentative Map for Tract 4781 was approved on <br />May 19, 1981 and pursuant to the Ordinance Code <br />a final subdivision map must be approved within <br />one year from the date of approving the tentative <br />map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />because of the high interest rate and uncertain <br />housing market, the developer, Northwood Homes, <br />has asked for a one year extension of the tentative <br />map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the Planning Commission considered this application <br />on April 14, 1982 and recommended the one year <br />extension be granted subject to all conditions <br />contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. <br />2167; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The Tentative Map for Tract 4850 is extended for <br />one year, expiring May 19, 1983, subject to all <br />conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolu- <br />tion No. 2167. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 27, 1982 BY TtlE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Brian W.
