CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-127 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND THE CITY OF PLEASANTON POLICE MANAGE~flENT UNIT, OPEP~ATING ENGINEERS LOCAL #3 AND AMENDING THE 1981-82 BUDGET WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, acting through the City Manager as employer representative of the City Council, and representatives of the Pleasanton Police Management Unit, Operating Engineers Local ~3, have=met and conferred pursuant to the provisions of Section 3500, et seq., of the Government Code in regard to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for members of the Pleasanton Police Management Unit, Operating Engineers Local ~3; and WHEREAS, as a result of the above meeting and conferring process, a Memorandum of Understanding dated April 6, 1982 was entered into between the City Manager and representatives of the Pleasanton Police Management Unit, Operating Engineers Local #3; and W~IEREAS, said Memorandum of Understanding was presented to the City Council at the regular meeting of April 6, 1982; : NOW, THEP~FOPZrTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FD LOWS: Sectionl: The Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the City Manager and representatives of the Pleasanton Police Management Unit, Operating Engineers Local #3, for a term commencing January 1, 1982 through December 31, 1983, attached hereto, is accepted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Memorandum of Understanding. Section 2: The employees' class titles and salary ranges to be paid by the City of Pleasanton to all employees in the Pleasanton Police Management Unit, Operating Engineers Local #3, during the period January 1, 1982 through December 31, 1983, shall be set forth in the Memorandum of Understanding, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.
