10.3 <br /> <br />10.4 <br /> <br />credited to his/her account on his/her anniversary <br />date. A probationary employee may incur a forty (40) <br />hour deficit in vacation after six (6) months full <br />time satisfactory service. <br /> <br />Vacation Allowance Regular Part-time Employees <br /> <br />Regular part-time employees provided they average between <br />twenty (20) and twenty-nine (29) hours per week, shall be <br />entitled to vacation with pay as follows: <br /> <br />1) One (1) through four (4) years of continuous <br /> service - forty (40) hours <br /> <br />2) Five (5) through ten (10) years of continuous <br /> service sixty (60) hours <br /> <br />3) Eleven (11) through eighteen (18) years of <br /> continuous service - eighty (80) hours <br /> <br />4) Nineteen (19) years of continuous service <br /> and above - one-hundred (100) hours <br /> <br />Regular part-time employees provided they average <br />between thirty (30) through thirty-nine (39) hours <br />per week, shall be entitled to vacation with pay <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1) One (1) through four (4) years of continuous <br /> service - sixty (60) hours <br /> <br />2) Five (5) through ten (10) years of continuous <br /> service - ninety (90) hours <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Eleven (11) through eighteen (18) years of <br />continuous service - one-hundred twenty (120) <br />hours <br /> <br />4) Nineteen (19) years and above - one-hundred <br /> fifty (150) hours <br /> <br />Vacation in Lieu of Holidays <br /> <br />In exchange for the elimination of Admission Day and the <br />two hour period between 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. on Good <br />Friday as observed holidays as set forth in Section 9.2, <br />each full time employee shall be credited with an addi- <br />tional twelve (12) hours of paid vacation leave on July 1st. <br />of each year. Employees who begin employment between <br />July 2nd and September 9th (inclusive) shall be credited <br />with eight (8) hours of additional paid vacation leave. <br />Use of said paid vacation leave shall be in addition to <br />the paid vacation leave permitted under Section 10.2. <br /> <br />Eligible regular part-time employees averaging between <br />twenty (20) and twenty-nine (29) hours per week shall be <br />credited with an additional six (6) hours of paid vacation <br />leave on July 1st each year.
