CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALA}~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-121 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 1982 GROWTH MANAGEmeNT PROGRAM TARGET NUMBER OF DWELLING UNITS TO BE CONSTRUCTED AND OTHER PA~TERS WHEREAS, the Growth Management Program requires the yearly setting of a target number for residential dwelling units to be constructed, the number set aside for lower income units, those units available to smaller projects as well as establishing the guidelines for the yearly selection of smaller projects; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received a staff report containing recommendations for the Growth Management Program parameters requiring yearly determination by the City Council; and WHEREAS , pursuant to the Growth Management Program Ordinance, a public hearing was held at which public testimony was heard considering these matters; and WtlEREAS , the City Council has considered the General Plan growth rate policy, the number of units likely to be approved in long-term agreements for 1982, previously authorized but undeveloped units, prior years' authorized units, and the comments received at the public hearing; and W}IEREAS, the City Council finds its determinations listed below meet the General Plan goals and policies; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That 506 dwelling units-be set as the 1982 target number of units desired to be constructed. Section 2: That 51 dwelling units be set aside for lower-income housing. Section 3: That the allocation for smaller projects be set at 227 dwelling units (228 dwelling units being reserved for long-term agreements for 1982). Section 4: That the maximum size of any smaller project eligible to receive Growth Management Program approval for 1982 shall be 75 dwelling units.
