CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA}~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-154 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR 1982 ALAMEDA <br />COUNTY FAIR PARADE PErmIT FROM AMADOR-LIVE~4ORE <br />VALLEY EXCHANGE CLUB <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of May 11, 1982, <br />received a report dated May 5, 1982 from the <br />Assistant to the City Manager regarding an applica- <br />tion from the Amador-Livermore Valley Exchange Club <br />for a permit to sponsor the 1982 Alameda County Fair <br />Parade on June 27, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />staff has reconmended that the City Council approve <br />the application; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Amador-Livermore Valley <br /> Exchange Club for a permit to sponsor the 1982 Alameda <br /> County Fair Parade on June 27, 1982, to be held in <br /> the City of Pleasanton as more particularly delineated <br /> in the report of the Assistant to the City Manager <br /> dated May 5, 1982, subject to all conditions set <br /> forth by the Police Department and Fire Department. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> The City budget for the 1981-82 fiscal year is <br />amended by approximately $1,620 necessary to pay for <br />costs incurred in relationship to the parade. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TItIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ~Y 11, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />NOES <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ROBER ER YOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Brian W.
