CITY COLINCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-150 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GP~NT DEED AND EASEmeNT FROM <br />P G & E FOR STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY AND RECREATIONAL <br />EASEb~NT <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed and Easement <br />from Pacific Gas and Electric Company to the City <br />of Pleasanton for a street right-of-way easement <br />along Stanley Boulevard and a recreational easement <br />along Arroyo del Valle in the vicinity of Shadow <br />Cliffs Regional Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 11, 1982, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of <br />the Deed and easement is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed and Easement from Pacific Gas <br /> and Electric Company to the City of Pleasanton for <br /> a street right-of-way easement along Stanley <br /> Boulevard and a recreational easement along Arroyo <br /> del Valle in the vicinity of Shadow Cliffs Regional <br /> Park is hereby accepted and the appropriate City <br /> officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 11, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> None <br /> None <br /> None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: ROBERT~.B~UTLE~ <br />B~m~ri~ Geaor~er: DepYuty ~%'ty Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Brian W. f City Attorney <br /> g <br /> <br /> <br />
