CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-148 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br />(ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY <br />STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 6 (NO PARKING ZONES) <br />ADDING SUBSECTION 6k-1 REGARDING NO PARKING ON <br />KOTTINGER DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, on April 12, 1976, adopted Resolution <br />No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br />for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolu- <br /> tion No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 11, 1982, the City Council <br />received and discussed a report dated May 5, 1982 <br />from the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />related to parking on Kottinger Drive between First <br />Street and Second Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br />No. 76-79 to prevent parking on Kottinger Drive between <br />First Street and Second Street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby <br /> amended by adding subsection 6k-1 to Section 6 (NO PARKING <br /> ZONES) as follows: <br /> <br /> t Street to Second Street." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ~Y 11, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk /~'~i ~,A~c~ <br /> Brian W.
