CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-147 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING TIM CLAIM OF DONALD G. AL}~N <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton received a claim on March 5, <br />1982 filed on behalf of Donald G. Almen for damages <br />to a tire and rim allegedly incurred from a pothole <br />on Hopyard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on April 27, 1982, the City Council reviewed the <br />claim along with the analysis of the insurance <br />administrator, R. L. Kautz & Co., and determined <br />that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The claim presented on March 5, 1982 against the <br />City of Pleasanton on behalf of Donald G.
