CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COIfNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-144 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 3 (STOP INTERSECTIONS) BY ADDING SUBSECTIONS 3p-3, 3p-4, 3r-2, 3s-2 AND 3w-1 REGARDING STOP SIGNS ON PETERS AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Council, on April 12, 1976, adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 27, 1982, the City Council received and discussed a report dated April 21, 1982 from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to stop signs to be installed on Peters Avenue; and W}IEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to install stop signs at designated places on Peters Avenue; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding the following subsections: "3p-3 Peters AVenue, at Bernal Avenue; stopping traffic on Peters Avenue. 3p-4 Peters Avenue, at St. Mary Street; stopping traffic in both directions on Peters Avenue. 3r-2 Rose Avenue, at Peters Avenue; stopping traffic in both directions on Rose Avenue. 3s-2 St. Mary Street, at Peters Avenue; stopping traffic in both directions on St. Mary Street. 3w-1 West Angela Street, at Peters Avenue; stopping traffic in both directions on West Angela Street." Section 2: The existing stop signs on Peters Avenue at Rose Avenue, stopping traffic on Peters Avenue, shall be removed.
