CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-141 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING APPROXIMATELY 16.7 ACRES OF VACANT I-G ZONED LAND EAST OF 1-680 TO THE PUD-INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (PUD-82-4) WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 27, 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning approximately 16.7 acres of vacant I-G zoned land east of 1-680 and south of the Clorox property to the PUD-Industrial District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 22, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD zoning approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the rezoning of approximately 16.7 acres of vacant I-G zoned land east of 1-680 to the PUD-Industrial District(PUD-82-4). Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 27, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, ~hr, Wood and Mayor Butler NOES None
