CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAFEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-180 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING TIlE CLAIM OF PAI.,~LA F~ARTLEY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in August of 1981, the City received a claim filed <br />on behalf of Pamela Hartley in the sum of $1,235.18 <br />for damage to her automobile; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the claim and determined <br />that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim of Pamela Hartley in the sum of <br /> $1,235.18 is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 25, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, I~ohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOR}Z: <br />Br~an~. %~ting City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
