RESOLUTION NO. 82-175 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENT IN NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: This Council intends to order the following improvement under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: A. Roadway Improvements '0 The construction and installation of roadway improvements described below, together with the acquisition of necessary lands and easements for roadway widening, public utilities, landscaping, curb returns at all intersections and pedestrian pathways where required. 1. Stoneridge Drive widening and improvement to a six-lane roadway from Foothill Boulevard to Route 680. 2. Stoneridge Drive widening and improvement to a six-lane roadway from Route 680 east to Hopyard Road. Hopyard Road widening and improvement to a minimum six-lane roadway from freeway interchange at Route 580 south to the intersection of Valley Avenue, including necessary acceleration and deceleration lanes. 3. Santa Rita Road widening and improvement of a six-lane roadway from freeway interchange at State Route 580 southerly to the intersection of Valley Avenue. 4. West Las Positas Boulevard, widening and improvement from Santa Rita Road west to the centerline of the Southern Pacific Railroad right of way. And the improvement thereof by clearing, grubblng, excavation, grading, removal of existing trees, shrubs and structures and the construction therein of base, pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, where required, street signs, street monuments, surface and subsurface storm drainage, where required, facilities for channeling, merging, striping, turning and controlling traffic, where required, in accordance with the requirements of the City of Pleasanton by the construction of curbs, median islands, cables, pipes, electrical conduit and traffic signal systems where ORIGINAL
