RESOLUTION NO. 82-175 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENT IN <br />NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This Council intends to order the following <br /> <br />improvement under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act <br /> <br />of 1913: <br /> <br />A. Roadway Improvements '0 <br /> <br />The construction and installation of roadway <br />improvements described below, together with the <br />acquisition of necessary lands and easements for <br />roadway widening, public utilities, landscaping, curb <br />returns at all intersections and pedestrian pathways <br />where required. <br /> <br />1. Stoneridge Drive widening and improvement to a <br />six-lane roadway from Foothill Boulevard to Route 680. <br /> <br />2. Stoneridge Drive widening and improvement to a <br />six-lane roadway from Route 680 east to Hopyard Road. <br />Hopyard Road widening and improvement to a minimum <br />six-lane roadway from freeway interchange at Route 580 <br />south to the intersection of Valley Avenue, including <br />necessary acceleration and deceleration lanes. <br /> <br />3. Santa Rita Road widening and improvement of a <br />six-lane roadway from freeway interchange at State <br />Route 580 southerly to the intersection of Valley <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />4. West Las Positas Boulevard, widening and <br />improvement from Santa Rita Road west to the <br />centerline of the Southern Pacific Railroad right of <br />way. <br /> <br />And the improvement thereof by clearing, grubblng, <br />excavation, grading, removal of existing trees, shrubs <br />and structures and the construction therein of base, <br />pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, where required, <br />street signs, street monuments, surface and subsurface <br />storm drainage, where required, facilities for <br />channeling, merging, striping, turning and controlling <br />traffic, where required, in accordance with the <br />requirements of the City of Pleasanton by the <br />construction of curbs, median islands, cables, pipes, <br />electrical conduit and traffic signal systems where <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
