20. Time and Payment of Engineer's Fee "G": Items to be <br />paid for on the basis of Optional Engineer's Fee "G" shall be <br />due and payable to CONSULTING ENGINEER thirty (30) days from <br />the date of invoice. <br /> <br /> 21. Extra Work: For the purpose of this Agreement, Extra <br />Work means the following professional services. <br /> <br />a. Testimony in court, if requested by the CITY. <br />B. Additional unforeseen office work determined to <br />be necessary by CITY to complete the project, including <br />additional work performed in connection with implementation of <br />State Highway Facility, including coordination with State of <br />California, Alameda County and City of Dublin after public <br />hearing anticipated to occur prior to December 31, 1983. <br />CONSULTING ENGINEER shall furnish all of the said Extra Work <br />to the satisfaction of CITY'S Director of Public Works with <br />all reasonable diligence. CONSULTING ENGINEER shall perform <br />such Extra Work upon CITY'S written request, specifying the <br />details thereof and the time and manner in which such work <br />shall be performed. <br /> <br /> 22. Fee Adjustment: It is anticipated that portions of <br />Maximum Fees "A", "B" and Optional Fee "E" may require work <br />beyond February 1983. After February 1983, maximum fees for <br />portions incomplete will be increased on an annual basis by <br />the same percentage increase as the San Francisco Bay Area <br />Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners using February <br />1982 as a base year. <br /> <br /> <br />
