Notices required to be given to Developer shall be addressed as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Prudential Insurance Company of America <br />5820 Stoneridge Mall Road, Suite 201 <br />Pleasanton, California 94566 <br /> <br />Notices required to be given surety or Developer shall be addressed <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Provided that any party or the surety may change such address by <br />notice in writing to the other party and thereafter notices shall <br />be addressed and transmitted to the new address. <br /> <br /> 14. Binding on Land.and Successors. All covenants, promises <br />and agreements contained in this agreement shall pertain to anddo <br />hereby expressly run with the land controlled by Developer and <br />described herein. This agreement shall bind and insure to the parties <br />hereto, including heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, and all <br />other parties whether they succeed by operation of law or voluntary <br />acts of Developer. Signatures and execution of all parties shall be <br />acknowledged before a notary public.
