CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-168 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TP~CT 4432, <br />COUNTRY FAIR, UNIT NO. 1 <br /> <br />WtIEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Tract 4432, Country Fair, Unit No. 1, Ponderosa <br />Homes, has been completed and a maintenance bond <br />has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />May 19, 1982. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 4432, Country Fair, Unit No. 1, Ponderosa Homes, <br /> are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED }~Y 25, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ~lke~~lerk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Brian W.
