CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-164 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR CATHODIC PROTECTION OF THE INTERCEPTOR <br />SEWER FORCE MAINS AND AUTHORIZATION TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 8, 1981, the City <br />Council adopted resolution number 81-292 author- <br />izing a contract amendment to add a Cathodic <br />Protection System for the Force Mains of the <br />Pleasanton Interceptor Project; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS <br /> <br />the consulting firm of Kennedy/Jenks Engineers <br />has prepared plans and specifications for <br />"Interceptor Sewer Project, Cathodic Protection <br />System, Clean Water Grant Project C-06-1082;" and <br /> <br />WI!EREAS <br /> <br />the above plans and specifications have been <br />reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 25, 1982, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities regarding the above project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Interceptor Sewer Project, Cathodic Protection <br /> System, Clean Water Grant Project C-06-1082. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS P~SOLUTION ADOPTED }MY 25, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> Bi/a~%~ng City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
