CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~qIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-163 <br /> <br />PISOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR RESURFACING VARIOUS CITY STREETS, PROJECT <br />NO. 82-4, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WIIEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by <br />his report dated May 19, 1982, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for the resurfacing of various city <br />streets and repairing street failures, Project <br />No. 82-4, and that said plans have been reviewed <br />by staff; and <br /> <br />WttEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of May 25, 1982, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEAS~qTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> resurfacing and repairing of various city streets, <br /> Project No. 82-4. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective iFfnediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED }MY 25, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOP~I: <br />Brian W.
