CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-197 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />REPORT FOR HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />Prudential Insurance Company of America and <br />Callahan-Pentz Properties applied for Planned Unit <br />Development-Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br />zoning and development plan approval of a 573 acre <br />business park to be located on the east side of <br />Hopyard Road between the Arroyo Mocho and a point <br />approximately 1400 feet south of 1-580 and extending <br />east to the tracks of the Southern Pacific Transportation <br />Company; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it was determined that an Environmental Impact <br />Report was necessary for this project and the EIR <br />was prepared; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held before the Planning <br />Commission and the City Council wherein testimony <br />was taken as to the completeness and adequacy of <br />the Environmental Impact Report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City staff and the Planning Commission recommended <br />that the EIR is complete and adequate and meets <br />the requirements of CEQA and state and local <br />guidelines; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Certifies that the City Council has read and <br /> considered the material contained in the Environmental <br /> Impact Report and found it to be complete, adequate <br /> and in compliance with the requirements of CEQA <br /> and state and local guidelines. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 8, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> Brian W.
