CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-196 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING PETER D. }~CDONALD AS CITY <br />ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />ttarvey E. Levine, City Attorney of Pleasanton, <br />resigned his position effective February 12, 1982; <br />and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />the firm of Anderson & Associates was retained to <br />seek applicants for the position and to present <br />the most qualified candidates to the City Council; <br />and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />after review of the qualifications of the applicants <br />and several interviews, the City Council has <br />determined that Peter D. MacDonald is the most <br />qualified and best suited to the position of the <br />City Attorney of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Appoints Peter D.
