TASK ORDER NO. 4 <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON AND <br />CH2M HILL <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION OF SERVICES <br /> FOR <br /> GENERAL CONSULTING <br /> <br />Purpose: <br /> <br />The purpose of this TASK ORDER is to authorize and direct <br />the ENGINEER to proceed with the work specified in Item 2 <br />of this TASK ORDER, in accordance with the provisions of <br />Article I of that Agreement between the parties hereto <br />dated August 13, 1980. <br /> <br />Scope of Work: <br /> <br />Consulting, engineering, and various work on small projects <br />as may be authorized by the CITY MANAGER from time to time. <br /> <br />It is understood that the CITY MANAGER can authorize work <br />whose estimated cost does not exceed $2,000. For work with <br />an estimated cost greater than $2,000, the CITY MANAGER <br />must get CITY approval. <br /> <br />Time of Performance: <br /> <br />The work authorized by this TASK ORDER shall be ~ompleted <br />as directed by the CITY MANAGER. <br /> <br />Compensation and Payment: <br /> <br />Compensation shall be as provided for in Article II of <br />the Agreement of August 13, 1980, between the parties <br />hereto. Payment shall be in accordance with Article III <br />of the aforementioned Agreement. <br /> <br />Effective Date: <br /> <br />This TASK ORDER shall become effective upon its execu- <br />tion by both parties, and the effective date shall be <br />, 1982, the date of authorization by the <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON of the execution of this TASK ORDER. <br /> <br />All items and conditions contained in the Agreement for <br />Engineering Services dated August 13, 1980, between the <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON and CH2M HILL are incorporated herein <br />by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
