CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALA}ZDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82-192 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL, 1982 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $596,614.08 <br /> <br />WtlEREAS , <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of June 8, 1982, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of April, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Claims represented by Checks Nos. 036360-036932, <br />115-116,353-355, and 766-767 dated from April <br />8, 1982 to April 30, 1982, in the total amount of <br />$596,614.08 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated April 30, 1982, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNF 8, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> ~ayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ROBERT E.
