CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-189 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE IN OWNER/DEVELOPER OF TRACT 4781, ~.~IRWOOD ESTATES ~IEREAS, final map, improvement plans and subdivision agreements for Tract 4781, ~irwood Estates, were approved by the City Council on October 13, 1981 under the ownership of ~irwood Estates, A General Partnership, with Charles Schneider and Roger Manning as the principals; and WtlEREAS, before construction of the subdivision, there was a change in the ~irwood Estates organization; and WttEREAS, the new owners are as follows: Ridgeview Construction, with Joseph Zawidski and Dennis E. Baca as the principals, and Wt Investors with Wright Air, Inc. and Edwin E. Wright as the principals; and WttEREAS, in order to accept subdivision security in the name of the new owners, a change in the Subdivision Agreement is necessary to name the new principals, requiring City Council approval; and WHEKEAS, at its meeting of June 8, 1982, the City Council received a staff report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities dated June 3, 1982 which outlined the change of ownership and attached a copy of the new subdivision agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the subdivision on the same terms and conditions as previously set forth and authorizes the mayor to execute the new Subdivision Agreement with the new o~mers. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
