CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-186 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE I~ROVE~NT OF PICO AVENUE EXTE[!SION, PROJECT <br />NO. 82-3, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated June 3, 1982, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for a 284 foot long reinforced concrete <br />bridge across the Arroyo Del Valle along with <br />the necessary roadway, drainage, and utility work, <br />Project lIo. 82-3, and that said plans have been <br />reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />~tEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 8, 1982, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, TttEREFORE, TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the plans and specifications for the <br />improvement of Pico Avenue extension, including <br />a 284 foot long reinforced concrete bridge across <br />the Arroyo Del Valle along with the necessary <br />roadway, drainage, and utility work, Project No. <br />82-3. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 8, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, ~Iercer, I~ohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~~ <br /> R. ~alker, ty Cler PPROVEDm AS TO FORM: <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk I~ ~ <br /> Brian W.
