CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-185 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />SLURRY SEALING ON VARIOUS CITY STREETS AND AUTHORIZING <br />CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report <br />dated June 3, 1982, advised the City Council that Plans <br />and Specifications had been completed for the slurry <br />sealing of various City streets and that said plans have <br />been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the report relating to the <br /> project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Plans and Specifications for the slurry <br /> sealing on various City streets. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
