CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-184 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- <br />LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY <br />AMENDING SECTION 10 (ONE HOUR PARKING ZONES) <br />ADDING SUBSECTION 10b-1 AND ADDING SECTION 14 <br />(PASSENGER LOADING ZONES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br />No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic <br />Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 8, 1982, the City Council <br />received and discussed a report dated June 3, 1982 <br />from the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />related to parking around the area of the Veterans <br />Building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br />No. 76-79 to add Subsection 10b-1 and to add a new <br />Section 14 (Passenger Loading Zones); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOPS, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby <br /> amended by adding subsection 10b-1 to Section 10 <br /> (One Hour Parking Zones) as follows: <br /> <br />"10b-1 <br /> <br />Bernal Avenue, on the northerly side of <br />Bernal Avenue adjacent to the Veterans <br />Building." <br /> <br />Section 2: Section 14 (Passenger Loading Zones) is added to <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 14. Passenger Loading Zones. <br /> <br />14m-1 <br /> <br />Main Street, first two parking stalls <br />on the westerly side of Main Street <br />north of the crosswalk in front of the <br />Veterans Building, between the hours <br />of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., excluding <br />Saturdays, Sundays and holidays." <br /> <br /> <br />
