CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-184 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 10 (ONE HOUR PARKING ZONES) ADDING SUBSECTION 10b-1 AND ADDING SECTION 14 (PASSENGER LOADING ZONES) WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS , at its meeting of June 8, 1982, the City Council received and discussed a report dated June 3, 1982 from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to parking around the area of the Veterans Building; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add Subsection 10b-1 and to add a new Section 14 (Passenger Loading Zones); NOW, THEREFOPS, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsection 10b-1 to Section 10 (One Hour Parking Zones) as follows: "10b-1 Bernal Avenue, on the northerly side of Bernal Avenue adjacent to the Veterans Building." Section 2: Section 14 (Passenger Loading Zones) is added to Resolution No. 76-79 to read as follows: "SECTION 14. Passenger Loading Zones. 14m-1 Main Street, first two parking stalls on the westerly side of Main Street north of the crosswalk in front of the Veterans Building, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays."
