CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-219 APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ~JID AGPSE- ~ZNTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD AND STONERIDGE DRIVE WITHIN TRACT NO. 4857 ~IEREAS, West Las Positas Boulevard and Stoneridge Drive are designated General Plan thoroughfares whose completion would benefit the City's overall circulation syster; and ~IEREAS , Prudential Insurance Company and Callahan-Pentz Properties, developers of proposed Tract No. 4857, Hacienda Business Park, have offered to deed to the City and improve Stoneridge Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard within their proposed subdivision in conformance with the City's General Plan; and WtIEREAS, final improvement plans for these streets have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and ~IEREAS, said improvement plans were reviewed. by the City Council at its meeting of June 22, 1982; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Accepts the grant deeds an~ approves the im. prove- ment plans for the construction of Stoneridge Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard within Tract No. 4857. Section 2: The Street Improvement Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and The Prudential Insurance Company of ~erica is hereby approved and the mayor is authorized to execute said document. Section 3 :- The Street Improvement Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Callahan-Pentz Properties is hereby approved and the mayor is authorized to executed it. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately _ upon its passage and adoption.
