CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA~.DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION NO. 82-216 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CLOSURE OF SECRETARIAT DRIVE AT NORTHWAY ROAD, <br />AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />~aiEKEAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated June 16, 1982, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for closure of Secretariat Drive at <br />Northway Road, and that said plans have been <br />reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 22, 1982, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TttE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> closure of Secretariat Drive at Northway Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TtlIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 22, 1982 BY TttE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES <br /> <br />HOES <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br />Mohr <br />None <br />Mayor Butler <br /> <br />- Brandes, ~%ercer, Wood and Vice ~ayor <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOR~'h <br /> /? <br />Brian W. ~w~t,~ting City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
