CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-215 <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION APPROVING THE CAPITAL I~ROVE~NT <br />PROGRA~I FOR 1982-83 <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City Manager presented a staff report to the <br />City Council outlining a Proposed Capital Improvement <br />Program for fiscal year 1982-83; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />a meeting was held on June 22, 1982 where the <br />Proposed Capital Improvement Program was reviewed <br />and a public hearing was held to afford the <br />public the opportunity to speak; and <br /> <br />WIlEREAS, <br /> <br />upon review of the proposed Capital Improvement <br />Program for fiscal year 1982-83 as presented by <br />the City Manager, Council found that no amendments, <br />additions or deletions to the proposed Capital <br />Improvement Prograr for fiscal year 1982-83 should <br />be made; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTCN <br />P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council approves and adopts the Capital <br /> Improvement Program for 1982-83 as contained in the <br /> Proposed Capital Improvement Program. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TIllS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 22, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood and <br /> Vice Mayor Mohr <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Butler ~R ~~ <br /> : <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FO~: <br /> <br />Brian W.
